Terms of use

SouqNax is an online classifieds platform where users post ads and contact each other. We are not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect or guarantee the items, property, jobs or services advertised, and any deal is made directly between the buyer and the seller.

• you must be at least 18 years old to create an account;
• the information you give us must be true and kept up to date;
• you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account;
• one person or business may not create accounts to get around a suspension.

When you post an ad you confirm that:

• you have the right to sell or offer what you advertise;
• the description, photos and price are accurate and the item is in the stated category and location;
• you own or have permission to use the photos and text;
• the ad follows the law of the country where it is published.

You give SouqNax a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, copy and adapt your ad (for example to resize photos) for running and promoting the service. We may review, edit the category of, reject or remove ads that break these terms.

• illegal items or services, including weapons, drugs, stolen goods and counterfeit products;
• fraud, scams, fake ads, or requests for advance payments for items that do not exist;
• spam, duplicate ads, or ads that do not offer a real item or service;
• offensive, discriminatory or adult content;
• collecting other users' data, or using bots or scrapers on the site;
• anything that harms or interferes with SouqNax or its users.

Promotions such as featured listings are paid for in advance at the price shown when you buy them. They run for the stated period and are non-refundable once active, unless the law requires otherwise or we remove the ad by mistake.

Be careful when buying or selling. Meet in safe public places, inspect items before paying and never pay in advance to people you have not met. See the safety tips in SouqNax Help.

We may suspend or close accounts and remove content that break these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. You can close your account at any time.

SouqNax is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the content of ads, for transactions between users, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may change these terms. We will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you on the site or by email. Continuing to use SouqNax after a change means you accept the new terms.
