Delete your SouqNax data

• Send an email to info@souqnax.com with the subject "Delete my account".
• Send it from the email address of your SouqNax account. If you signed up with a phone number, include that number.
• If you signed in with Facebook or Google, say which one, so we can find the linked account.

We may ask you to confirm the request so nobody else can delete your account. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

• your account: name, email address, phone number, password and profile picture;
• the link to your Google or Facebook account and the details we received from it;
• your listings and their photos, favourites, saved searches and notifications;
• your messages, although copies stay in the inbox of the people you wrote to.

We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records for promotions, and only for as long as required.

You can also stop SouqNax from accessing your account with these providers:

• Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select SouqNax and choose Remove.
• Google: open your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services, select SouqNax and choose Delete all connections.

Removing the app there stops future sign-ins but does not delete your SouqNax account. To delete the account as well, send the email described above.
